Supporting social projects and charity actions is not just an obligation for us but a matter of the heart. Our commitment to the Björn Steiger Foundation reflects our ongoing effort to sustainably improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups. We have been supporters of this foundation for 40 years. Additionally, we actively promote fundraising initiatives for various associations. During the festive Christmas season, our employees intensify their efforts on their own initiative and actively participate in the "Christmas Shoebox" campaign, not only to bring joy to needy children but also to strengthen solidarity in our society through their significant contributions. This special initiative is of great importance to them as it focuses not only on short-term charity but also on making a long-term, sustainable, and social contribution to our community.

Binder aims to make a positive contribution to the environment. A photovoltaic system on the roof of our company produces a proud 50% of the required energy. The surplus on sunny days can be used by our dedicated employees at the electric charging stations for their electric vehicles, promoting both environmental conservation and their mobility. Furthermore, we support mobility and individual health with our job bike program, allowing our employees to commute to work by bike. Our environmental responsibility is also evident in water treatment at our pickling department and air purification, ensuring sustainable resource management. In addition, plants in our offices not only create a pleasant working atmosphere but also contribute to improving air quality. Our in-house initiative to work paperlessly underscores our commitment to minimizing ecological footprints and promoting sustainable practices.
