In a production plant, in addition to stainless steel vessels, controls, infrastructure installations, and integration into your overall system are often required. We are, of course, available to implement these individual constructions and technical requirements.

Our service is not limited to the production of vessels alone. We also develop control elements for temperature regulation, load cells, level measurement, and much more. This way, you receive a complete vessel module that is precisely tailored to the interfaces of your production plant.

We also realize precise parts of your production plant made of high-quality stainless steel, even if they are not directly related to vessels. Fixtures for bulk goods, transport carts, etc., are just a few examples of the extensive capabilities of our production. Special solutions are a welcome challenge for us, where we fully utilize our craftsmanship and technical skills.

As a supplier for machine construction, we increasingly plan and manufacture stainless steel plant components or complete process engineering plants for packaging machine manufacturers as well as special machine manufacturers.

Thanks to our modern mechanical machining centers, we can manufacture not only classic vessels but also special apparatus and solutions. Our in-house design department, equipped with modern 3D CAD systems, forms the basis for practical implementation. In many tasks, mechanical machining after welding is necessary to compensate for the welding distortion. With our comprehensive equipment – from cutting to sheet metal shearing up to 20 mm to water jet cutting up to 150 mm and CNC-controlled machining centers in-house – we can cover the entire production depth ourselves and respond quickly accordingly.
